Shipping Information

All orders are shipped with USPS. I typically get orders shipped the day of or no later than three days after your purchase of existing pieces.

I use flat-rate boxes and envelopes from USPS which include $100 insurance coverage.  If you want additional insurance coverage on your packages, please contact me so I can make this happen.

 For US customers the shipping cost is $8.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each item added to your order plus the cost of additional insurance if requested.

 International customers will have the shipping rate calculated and provided to the customer before the order is shipped. Once the package is in transit I will update you with the tracking number within 24 hours.  You will receive an email with your purchase & tracking info.

Rush Shipping is available and will need to be confirmed in writing to confirm costs before the item is shipped.

When ordering a custom piece an estimated shipping date will be provided via email.

 Custom Pieces:

The cost of the piece is determined by the stone chosen, the precious metal used, the materials needed, the intricacy of the design + time it takes me to design & fabricate.

I know how powerful individual expression is and I believe that nature's crystals and minerals can help with that expression and provide interpretation.  I would love to work together with you to reach your vision.

If there is a stone that you have been wanting to wear as a jewelry piece but haven’t found, I have several gemstones for you to choose from.  If my collection doesn’t have what you are looking for I can do my best to find the gem you seek.

 

Due to the detail required to create custom pieces the standard custom order turnaround time is 4-6 weeks.

I charge a $150 non-refundable design fee for all custom orders, which will be applied toward the final purchase. Buyer is responsible for any fees incurred through electronic payment methods and includes fees when sending payments. This initial phase includes a consultation meeting and 1-2 rounds of design ideas/ mock-ups. At this time, I will collect a 75% payment (which includes the $150 design fee) based on the estimate provided for the final piece of jewelry. With this payment, the client agrees to let me begin production of the custom piece. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the piece and approval from the client. Written approval of receipt and satisfaction will be required upon receiving the piece. Jewelry will be shipped after receiving the final balance.

For an order cancelation, after production begins, the client agrees that they are responsible for any non-recoverable costs for the piece and the $150 design fee.
